Handmade items are often one-of-a kind, and commercial kits and yarns are limited in stock, so please don't order more than I have listed as 'in stock'. I still have to manually update quantities, so please be patient if an item you ordered turns out to be sold out. I do my best to keep availability current, and will notify you right away if if ther's an availability problem. EMAIL ORDERS: If you are unable or unwilling to use the paypal shopping cart, you can still purchase via personal check or money orders drawn on US banks. Please email your order to this address: orders at ahandmadegift dot com with the item numbers and description. I will email an invoice with our mailing address. Include your city, state, and zip code. I will get back to you quickly with a confirmation and payment amount. Items will be marked 'sold' or 'on hold' on our web site when I have confirmation of your intent to complete the purchase. Checks must clear before I can ship your order. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I WANT to ship my fibery goodness everywhere. Unfortunately, the USPS and Paypal have combined forces to make this process complicated for small businesses. My solution for now is to just put a flat rate of $11 into my shopping cart, for shipping worldwide. I promise to refund anything above the ACTUAL shipping charges that I pay. You can always email me for a quote and I can send you a custom invoice. WHOLESALE: If you own a retail shop or gallery, you may contact me via email for wholesale pricing information on handspun yarn and fiber art items. I currently ship most orders via USPS first class or Priority Mail. Heavy items that are shipped under our free shipping offer may be shipped via the cheapest method available, at my discretion. If you need express service or shipment via another carrier, please inquire and I will do our best to accommodate you (this may require additional shipping fees). If you are not satisfied with your Handmade item for any reason, please send an email immediately to notify us of your intent to return it. The item may be returned, in the condition and packaging that you received it in, provided that we receive it within 30 days of our original shipping date (postmark). I will be happy to refund your full original purchase price, including shipping and sales tax. Costs that you incur for return shipping are your responsibility and CANNOT be refunded. If you have problem with any handspun yarn, ever, please let me know and we'll work it out.
