Charmed Halloween

Fun Halloween skein for a quick scarf or hat that will have you jingling through the neighborhood! Spun into random stripes of black mohair, orange merino-silk, and white wool (I think Falkland) for a fairly soft skein. Then I plied into a loop yarn using Tsugumi silk in black from Habu, with coiled "worms" here and there in white and black sparkle. Each of the 16 loops has a metal bell charm slipped onto it, for a dangly, jingly effect. The charms could be repositioned if you wanted to, though it will be difficult to move them more after handling/wearing. The charms are ghosts, large and small pumpkins, bats and white skulls. It would make a great scarf, collar or jingle-bell hat for the holiday. Knit on big needles for a quick fun project! This skein measures about 94 yards.
