Sensation

I spun this yarn from a gorgeous and soft batt I purchased at the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival. It's 50% alpaca, 30% merino, 20% silk in lovely red, orangy and blue to purple tones. I plied it with a thin yellow silk yarn from Habu Textiles, with the occasional soft coil here and there. Enough yardage to make a lovely scarf, hat or other simple project, or accentuate something larger. This skein is next-to-skin soft with 110 yards and about 5.1 ounces.
