Rhapsodie

Unbelievable and silky soft blues. This yarn is 66% Targhee wool that I bought as raw fleece straight from the farm, cleaned and dyed sky blue, then carded with 33% undyed Tussah silk for a soft and luscious blend. I plied it on gorgeous medium blue vintage 100% silk thread, with well over 100 little beads (difficult to see in the photos, but there--I promise!) in blue tones, that blend in for a subtle effect. The yarn is ultra soft and like a loose boucle. Hard to part with, but no time to knit it up! The skein is about 70 yards, 2.9 ounces and between 4 and 7 wpi.
