Dormant Buds, handspun yarn

This yarn just screams SPRING!!! Fantastic bright color, softy soft to the touch, HUGE yardage--what more could you want? Handspun from Merino Wool that I hand dyed in bright fresh springy green overdyed with spots of subtle purplish hues. I then strung well over a hundred purply and purply-green little beads onto UV color change thread (peach that changes to wine in the sun), and plied it to the Merino for a gorgeous, springy feast for the eyes! This yarn goes from quite thin to just barely bulky in spots..there are whispery bits of coils here and there, too. It measures a whopping 170 yards and weighs about 6.1 ounces.
