!Accomplishment!

My first yarn from raw fleece to finished product! This is lovely Targhee wool that I prepped from grease wool. I carded it with just a tiny bit of an orchid sparkle, and plied it with purple linen yarn, knotting strips of gray commercial felt (rayon/wool) in as I worked. The felt gives a ragged, rustic appearance that would look great on a hat, scarf, purse or whatever you desire. Medium to soft--would work for next to skin projects unless you're extremely picky about softness. I overdid it on the dye a bit, so this is best knit with other dark colors, just in case it bleeds a tiny bit.
