Turquoise (photo above, left-hand skein) is a blend of the two fibers, carded together and spun into a semi-soft textured singles. It's 77 yards, 3.1 ounces about 10wpi average.
Turquoise Night Sky
This is a set of 3 skeins that can be sold as a set, or individually. The speckled black fiber is Peace Fleece 'Siberian Midnight' batts
that are coarse merino-mohair with little white flecks like stars in the night (expect some shedding of the white flecks..there are lots!)
and the turquoise fiber is 65% alpaca-20% merino-15% silk. This set would make a gorgeous knit or crocheted and felted purse, or so many other things!
Night Sky I(above, right) is spun directly from the Peace Fleece Batt, then wrapped with haphazard slubs of the turquoise fiber. Texture is fairly coarse. 56 yards, 4 ounces and
about 6wpi average
Night Sky II(above, middle) is the same as I except 47 yards, 3.3 ounces and
about 6wpi average
