flowers in the grass

I spun this beautiful soft mohair yarn right from locks that I bought from the fabulous Hollyeqq. I simply fluffed up the individual locks and let the curls express themselves as they wanted to, then plied the singles to a commercial thin mohair blend yarn in olive green. Dark blue "flowers" play against bright green "grass" for a unique curly yarn. It reminds me of the tiny grape hyacinths and violets that come up in my unruly lawn. Knit this into a simple drop-stitch scarf on big needles and this yarn will do all the work for you. About 51 yards, 1.9 ounces, thick and thin but bulky overall
