Typical Situation

Of course, there's nothing typical about this yarn at all. These two skeins are handspun by me from Wensleydale cross wool locks (from Houndscroft Farm), with a two stranded commercial novelty yarn and a vintage linen yarn alternating as core and carried yarn throughout. This is an energetic singles, ranging from ultra bulky to thin. It would make a wonderful stripe to finish your knit hat or accent a handwoven scarf. It could be a fabulous trim on any fiber item or could be worked into your latest fiber art piece.

Materials: Wensleydale cross wool, pure creamy white locks, a thin vintage peachy linen yarn and a fiery red two stranded novelty yarn in viscose-mohair-metallic and polyester.

Two 24 yard skeins sold together. About 48 yards, 3.9oz total.
