All That Glitters

A fun, sparkling, balanced 2 ply yarn. I spun this from New York State Farm-grown roving that I purchased at the NY Sheep and Wool Festival. The roving is Border Leicester Wool, Romney Cross, and Wensleydale. One ply has touches of green and a gold metallic yarn carried along, which gives the whole skein a sparkle that's bright but not overpowering. This yarn would be lovely in combination with Moss Lake.
This yarn style is a balanced 2 ply. 91 yards, about 3.7 oz, 8-9wpi
