Daydreams set

Another fun yarn set in blues and whites with about 166 yards in the set! Use all 4 skeins for one amazing project, or use each skein to trim items made from other yarns, and make your own "set".

This set changes from an all blue skein to mostly white ones. The bi-color ones will stripe randomly with few color changes. The Blues are from a kitchen sink type batt with mostly Shetland Wool and some other assorted fibers and sparkle. There are sections of blue-green spun entirely from un-carded hand dyed locks (from hollyeqq.com) and the white is a fabulous fuzzy Coopworth wool roving that I pick up every year from Hatchtown Farm at the NYSWF. All four skeins are plied with a commercial mohair blend yarn for a fuzzy finish. In spots, there are thick details where I let the plying yarn wind on around to make bulky bumps in the yarn.

This yarn is randomly bulky, but averages between 6 and 9 wpi. I would use big needles (US 13's and up) to knit.

• Daydreams3: Mostly white with 1-2 blue sections, 41 yards, 2.2oz
