Dahlias Felt Scarf
Dahlias is an original design that I nuno felted in bright,
lively colors. It will look great with your spring and summer wardrobe,
out on the town or even as an accessory for a garden wedding. Five big dahlias
made from a merino wool-silk blend are scattered on a base of chartreuse green cotton
scrim (lightweight cotton gauze). The edges are done in a matching chartreuse Merino wool.
This is a soft and light scarf that is very versatile. Wear it as a scarf or around
your shoulders as a shawl. I took painstaking care to lay the design out on BOTH sides
of the cotton fabric prior to wet felting, so it is totally reversible and looks
great no matter how you wear it.
Measures about 72" long by 13" wide. Hand wash gentle, line or flat dry.
