Hand felted brown Bluefaced Leicester Wool (undyed), on a striped cotton scrim that has knotted accent strings on one side. Where the reddish stripes of cotton fall, I laid down a layer of hand dyed tussah silk under the wool, for interest and shine. The silk color gradually changes from rosy red to more purplish along the length of the scarf. A long and wide scarf with unusual yet subtle texture. Measurements upon request--more pics below.
